Responsibilities:

πŸ“ž Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
🀝 Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
πŸ› οΈ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
πŸ—ƒοΈ Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
🀝 Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
πŸ’‘ Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team

Requirements

🌐 Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)

πŸ“… 2+ years of experience in a customer support role

πŸ“ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

⚑ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

πŸ” Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

πŸ’» Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
