π Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat
π€ Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients
π οΈ Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
ποΈ Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
π€ Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
π‘ Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Requirements
π Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
π Bachelorβs degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
π 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
π Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
β‘ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
π Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
π» Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
