We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teem. As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist our customers with any product-related inquiries or issues they may have. You will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat and ensure that our customers have a positive experience interacting with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding our products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Document customer interactions and update our customer support system with relevant information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
